As an Enrolled Agent since 1987, Ron understands the complexity of tax problems and has represented numerous business and individual taxpayers in audits involving income taxes, employment taxes, and sales taxes. He taught accounting and tax classes at the
California State University, San Bernardino until his retirement at the of 2012. Also, he is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a former Reserve District Attorney Investigator for the County of San Bernardino. Ron is a Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute. He has been supporting Quickbooks since the software began and is Certified Pro Advisor.David is an expert in Quickbooks® Online Accounting & Payroll. Since 2019, he has brought a strong IT background to our firm. His knowledge of Quickbooks® is in-depth and often goes onsite to assist clients. There are many apps that work with Quickbooks® which he is very trains clients in their use. He resolves issues for clients and sets up new clients taking them all the way through financial statement preparation. He often assists clients with payroll processing and the many complexities involved. David also prepares income tax returns and sales tax returns.
We have been using and supporting Quickbooks from its desktop version that first launched in 1998 to where we are now. Quickbooks has developed from a computer-based accounting software to an online accounting software and is the number one accounting software in the world.
We are experts and have the highest-level certification that they award. Initially, Ron started supporting an accounting software named DacEasy which, of course, isn’t around any longer. He also supported MAS 90 and 200 which are Sage products. He started supporting Quickbooks when it came out with its desktop software and has been with them ever since. Both Ron and David are Certified Pro Advisors with Quickbooks Online.
Our business clients include construction, trucking, used car dealerships, air conditioning/heating, towing services, pest control, painting, plumbing, framing, water damage restoration, medical, physical therapy, entertainment, real estate, and others.
We are a very proactive firm and usually answer emails, text messages, and phone calls quickly. To us, we know that it’s important to clients to receive prompt responses to their questions and requests. We work diligently to correct any problems and keep our
clients satisfied.We charge hourly rates based on whether a client wants Quickbooks support or tax services. We require a deposit and then charge our hours against the deposit. We provide detailed invoices that clearly spell out the work we perform.
